C4 Privacy Policy

Summary

C4 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The game has no
accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. It makes
no network connections of its own.

Information the app stores on your device

C4 saves your game progress — levels unlocked, completion times, star ratings, and your
sound and music preferences — locally on your device. This information stays on your
device and is never sent to us.

Information handled by Apple

C4 uses three Apple services. In each case the data is handled by Apple under Apple’s own
privacy policy, and we never receive it:

• Game Center. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your level
  completion times are submitted to Game Center leaderboards and achievements are recorded.
  Your Game Center identity belongs to Apple; we cannot see your Apple Account, your email
  address, or any other personal detail. Game Center is entirely optional — the game is
  fully playable without signing in.
• iCloud. If you are signed in to iCloud, C4 uses Apple’s key-value
  storage to sync your progress and your purchase status between your own devices. This
  data lives in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.
• In-app purchases. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through
  the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details.

What we do not do

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
• We do not show advertising or use advertising identifiers.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer data to third parties, because we do not hold any.

Children

C4 is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone,
including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the progress stored on your device. Progress synced through
iCloud can be removed in your device’s iCloud settings. Game Center scores and achievements
are managed by Apple and can be removed through your Game Center account settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new
“last updated” date.
